Warranty

FanDuel Casino warrants that products sold will be free from defects, but only for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Consumer's exclusive remedy and the entire liability of FanDuel Casino is limited to replacement or repair of defective goods.

Indemnity

Termination

FanDuel Casino reserves the right to terminate consumer's access to the services and use thereof at any time, without notice or liability.
